“Overall, it was fine for a few hours of sleep, but the check-in experience left an unpleasant impression.”
I can’t really rate the hotel itself — I slept exactly 6 hours and immediately continued my journey. I booked this hotel while on the road after 12 hours of driving, simply to sleep for a few hours and continue my journey in the morning. Before paying for the non-refundable booking, I did not see any information that check-in was only until 10 PM. I only found out from the confirmation afterward. I called at 10:30 PM to let them know and arrived around 11 PM. I appreciate that they waited for me, but after 12 hours of driving, listening to a long lecture about their working hours and how everyone wanted to go home was unnecessary. For a roadside hotel, a 10 PM check-in limit seems impractical. This should either be clearly stated BEFORE payment for a non-refundable booking, or the hotel should offer self check-in available 24/7
TOTUL !. Nimic !
We loved everything, from the building's exterior to the friendly man named Tika who greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything. The room was perfect, no questions at all. Everything was wonderful. If we ever return to this city, we’ll definitely stay here again.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. Because the rooms don’t have a coffee or tea set, he gave us coffee machine tokens. The Wi‑Fi is good, the place is clean. Note: the traveling cat gets into the car.
I was shocked by the owner’s story! At first glance the name of the pension suggests that truck drivers might be the guests… but I convinced myself that’s not the case.
