We were meant to arrive a week earlier, but I fell ill, so the staff kindly let us postpone our stay even though they weren’t obligated to; that gesture made the holiday even more special. They were incredibly caring, proactively planning trips and suggesting cheaper transport, restaurants, and other tips without us having to ask, genuinely wanting us to enjoy our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. We’d definitely love to return.
