The room was clean, which is good. The location is brilliant and central, almost between the Vatican and the Pantheon. The breakfast was unfortunately below expectations, perhaps because of the Italian breakfast culture, but it was still acceptable.

The staff were excellent, especially Alesia, the receptionist, who always put effort into attending to us and was attentive to every detail. Thanks, Alesia!!!! The location is very good, close to everything. The room had no views or natural light.
