“Good”

The place was very clean, but I wish the breakfast had more options. They should offer at least two complimentary bottles of water and two cups. Also, check‑in should start around 1 pm.

“It could have been perfect”

The room was comfortable, but I emailed for early check‑in and no room was ready. I had to wait 1–2 hrs because they said a last‑minute booking had taken it. I had requested a room a month ahead and felt it should have been held for us, especially since I was flying in. We were very disappointed.

“Good for short stays, but not very clean”

Breakfast was decent, with a small selection of Greek yogurt cups. The room, bathroom, hallways, and windows weren’t very clean, but our short stay didn’t bother us too much. The staff were sometimes nice, yet they weren’t very welcoming or responsive to requests. Only 1–2 good breakfast options were available.

“Mold. Black Mold. Staff says black mold is no big deal”

Location was great. Mold. Black Mold. Told the staff and the manager said “black mold won’t bother you” - being gaslit by a hotel worker about science was fun. After 2 days I developed a severe sinus infection and checked out on day 4. I haven’t been sick in Years. Went to the urgent care and I have a sinus infection from MOLD. The hallway air vent was covered the entire bathroom wall was black mold. Tell the staff and they will smirk and laugh at you. One of the worst hotel stays of my life and I have traveled the entire East Coast of the US
