How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is great, with many restaurants nearby, Grand Bazar just 15 minutes on foot, and a tram 10 minutes away. The mattress is very comfortable, there are small shops selling drinks and souvenirs, and the owner is super responsive via WhatsApp or phone; we even got a free upgrade. Thanks :-) The only issue was that the towels were changed; otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. The location was perfect, the room cozy and quiet. The staff were very helpful and the value for money was great. Cleanliness, comfort and friendliness were excellent. We had no complaints; everything met our satisfaction.

The room was very tiny and not very clean. There was a lot of noise from the street late at night and early in the morning. The noise at the reception was also disturbing. The younger staff were not friendly or supportive at all; they barely spoke English, so communication was difficult. Whatever I asked about, they were not helpful. However, the older guy Salaam was super supportive.
