How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A genuinely nice place with only three villas. It’s ideal for long stays and away from the Ubud crowd. The only drawback is that you can hear everything from the rooms, so you can easily be annoyed by neighbors or annoy them in turn.

The bungalows are quite spacious and overall pleasant. The small integrated kitchenette is perfect, so you don’t have to deal with a messy kitchen (unless you leave it messy yourself). The bathroom is clean and decent. The pool is small but deep, making it nice for a dip. The location is fine, very close to four big supermarkets (Pepito, Frestive, Clandys and Coco), close to the main road toward Ubud centre, yet far enough away to avoid constant traffic. The only reasons I gave it 8 stars: the wooden walls are very thin with no insulation, so noise from other occupants or neighbours is heard loudly and the bungalow heats up in the sun, pushing the AC to its limit. In this quiet neighbourhood the noise issue was acceptable. The water pressure is low, which makes showering a bit difficult. The bathroom design is flawed; the floor tilt isn’t enough for water to drain completely, leaving the lower part of the door wet.

The cute, clean little house sits in a quiet spot far from road noise, and the staff were lovely and helpful; I’ll always book here whenever I go to Ubud.

It’s an excellent place for its price! I stayed for a full month, extending the booking every week, and the property was clean and pleasant with a tidy house that had everything needed. Daily housekeeping and bed-making were a treat. Getting to the center was convenient and quick—15 minutes by bike. Across the street is a large, great Rusters complex with tasty coffee. The only downside was the lack of a iron, occasional campfire smell from trash burning in the neighborhood (common across Bali), and poor sound insulation—though that wasn’t a deal‑breaker for me, especially at this price in such a wonderful spot, but it might be a concern for others.
