“Busy manila”
The place is well situated, but it gets noisy, especially at night, and the area feels busy.

The location is great, though there are no rooms that allow smoking.

The hotel's cleanliness was a definite plus, but the issues I encountered were a major letdown. The shower was out of order when I arrived, and the AC made a racket all night, making it hard to get any rest. What really got my goat was that I wasn't offered a room change until I'd packed up and was ready to check out - and to top it all off, they're still trying to charge me for the whole stay despite only one night's booking.

The hotel's got a great spot, right in the heart of the city. The staff's friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the rooms themselves are a bit of a letdown - they're old and could do with a bit of a refresh. You can tell they've been around for a while, and there's a faint musty smell that lingers in the air.

The hotel's location was excellent, but the services were a letdown, especially when it came to arranging airport pickups. It was a shame, because the location was really convenient.
