The room was large and nicely decorated, with all the kitchen amenities we needed. It sat in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10‑15 minute walk from Hansaring Hbf. The only drawback was that it felt a bit too far from the Amphi Festival, but otherwise there were no problems.

The room sports a cool wood/Tiki vibe and offers plenty of space. The location is solid, and the price‑to‑value ratio is spot on, so I keep coming back for that mix. However, this time the floor wasn’t cleaned properly; dust clung to my socks and made them quickly dirty, something I hadn’t noticed on previous stays. Also, like always, the room lacks a desk for a laptop and a wardrobe to stash clothes, forcing me to keep everything in my suitcase.

The hotel itself isn’t particularly remarkable—just a gray block building—but inside it’s well furnished in a unique style. The location turned out to be almost a slum, with drug dealers and users roaming the streets and a nearby park that serves as their residential area, which is truly frightening. I don’t recommend driving there in a car, as it’s likely to be robbed, just as it happened to me on my first visit. The spot’s location is really bad, so I’ll never drive there again.
