“Never stay again!!”

Getting there was a breeze, but this was one of the worst stays I've had—beds, towels, and floors were all dirty. The receptionist who checked me in was great, yet every other staff member was awful.

It was very nice! I was close to the concert I was going to, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

Not far from SIUE, but the pool had a strong chemical smell as soon as you walked through the door.

The bed was comfortable, yet the room was dirty with stains on the sheets, dirty washcloths hanging in the shower, dirt and hair in the shower and sink, hair on the pillowcases, and the breakfast was cold.
