The service was friendly, the location fantastic, and I love the hotel for its food, drinks, and local shops; the bed was very comfortable and the coffee in the room was great.

The spot was spot on, especially since we had a wedding reception at Carousel Albert Park nearby. The room sat on the second floor, so we had to climb two flights of stairs—no elevators, which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. It faced the main road, so traffic was audible but not overwhelming. Breakfast wasn’t offered, though cafés were within walking distance.

The room felt snug, the vibe and décor were charming, and being next to the tram made getting around a breeze; the staff were genuinely sweet and helpful. The only downside was that our door didn’t lock 🥲, something we only spotted on the last night, but we weren’t robbed so it’s fine.
