The rooms are comfortable, parking is available, and the value for money is solid. It’s very close to Newmarket shops and the Mall, though there are no cafés in Newmarket for breakfast or coffee except Starbucks, so I had to walk 15 minutes to the Epsom Café.

It was close to where we were working. The pictures were completely misleading; the images shown were of nicer, newer rooms, but we were given a dated room accessed through the reception. I was disappointed by the quality and that it wasn’t the same as the photos.

It’s close to transport and shops, the self‑catering facilities are well covered, the rooms are clean and tidy, and parking is good. Everything we wanted was there. No complaints.

Lovely people at reception. Quiet location, no noise heard from neighbouring rooms, close to shopping centre, close to bus services, lovely and warm, the best shower ever!. Nothing, was happy with everything
