The invoice hasn't arrived yet; I asked for it to be sent to my company email. That's bad. And they never answer the phone.

The dinners and breakfasts were good, the elevator was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s AC was fully hot; almost the whole place was scorching, and the room’s so‑called AC only blew hot air even when set to cool. The temperature hit 28.5 °C per the thermostat, so I had to sleep with the window open in a desert city that gets very cold in the mornings. In my room there was a loud, constant water‑like noise coming from the AC duct, which was very annoying, and the bathtub in room 504 was rusted in one spot with mold in the corner. There were many faulty outlets and the desk chair was hard and low quality. I regret staying at this hotel instead of the Diego de Almagro Alto el Loa.
