The front‑desk team—Edi, Albert, and Luciano—were fantastic, and the breakfast and afternoon café staff were exceptional; we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We have nothing negative to add about the lodge itself, just a recommendation to bring comfortable shoes or sneakers because Fernando de Noronha has many hills, no accessibility, and you need physical fitness to tackle them. Still, we loved the trip and enjoyed every moment; the place is truly magical and preserved.

The lodge is very good, with a great location close to everything, comfortable rooms, and wonderful breakfast. The staff are super attentive, and the value for money is excellent.

Staff, breakfast, cleaning, room tidying, location. The tap in the bathroom is like a public bathroom tap – you open it and it closes after a few seconds. That’s very bad for an inn. The main white light in the room could be yellow for more comfort.

The pre‑check‑in service was excellent, with concierge Giovana being very attentive even before the trip. We loved the airport reception, where everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, with a good shower, AC, plenty of outlets, and spots to hang things—simple and functional. Breakfast was wonderful; the kitchen staff are 10! The only downside was that the tours were a bit pricier when booked through them, but the comfort made it worthwhile.
