The location, cleanliness, and value for money stood out; it was truly enchanting and welcoming, and I enjoyed my stay. The employees were very attentive and charismatic. Breakfast was good, the heater in the room was essential, and the shower was warm. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, the room was dark (yellow lights), and I would suggest at least a brighter light option and a full‑length mirror.

Breakfast and the view were positives. The hotel is very remote, only suitable for those who really want isolation, as it sits exactly 8 km from Capivari’s center. The bathrooms are very old, and it was hard to get hot water in the shower. There is no heater, and the one that existed in the room didn’t work. The TV is also old, and the room lacks a minibar. The décor is awful: everything is very old and smells of mildew. The only thing that really saved the stay was breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel team was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very cold, and the heater did almost nothing. The fireplace was never lit during my stay, even after I requested it at reception.

Foi melhor do que imaginei! Vc já fica impressionado com a entrada. Elevador para facilitar no transporte das bagagens e crianças. Meus gêmeos adoraram a sala de brinquedos
