“10min away from city centre”

The location was great, the house itself was nice, and the room was comfortable. My partner found the weather too hot, but we appreciated the AC.

Good size room, working AC, happy to have a fridge too. Shops in close proximity, Park close by, city centre 1 underground stop away, access to 2 underground lines, a very good restaurant 3min walking distance. The police being on the street all night - because they kept the engine running

The place was clean and had a decent location. Paying extra for the air‑conditioning feels ridiculous! The parking is just on the street under a house or gate.
