The staff kept insisting on an advance payment and demanded a receipt that never arrived, which was quite rude. They should start providing the receipt before asking for the advance.

I tried to book a room, but they weren't taking any reservations. It was pretty clear that they were not interested in accommodating guests. Needless to say, it was a pretty terrible experience.

One of the few positives about this place was that there was no breakfast to worry about. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends - the staff were completely unfriendly and made the whole experience feel unwelcoming.
