“Great location, beware of the platforms and please climb onto the bed cautiously....”

The location was extremely strategic, so convenient with nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, spa, pharmacy and even a mall. There’s a huge Starbucks just across the street and they even have a drive‑through, if I’m not mistaken. No lift and the steps are quite steep. Platforms are everywhere (every step up and down, in the room to the bed, toilets and some rooms even to enter it). Imagine if that was my first visit and I had to check in at night: I open the door and immediately there’s a platform going down to the room.

“Beware of big step down when you open the door into the room!”

The hotel is new, so it has very up‑to‑date amenities and facilities. The bed was comfortable. There is a big step down into the room, which was not sign‑posted on the door and the receptionist did not warn me about it. My dad opened the door, didn’t notice the caution tape on the floor, stepped into the room and fell. He is now suffering from knee pain and will have some procedures soon. Luckily we are not the saman saman family, but it is a big hazard and a major fall risk.

I had to take off my shoes at the hotel entrance and there were too many stairs.

The rental price matches the room facilities. The check‑in process requires staff to take a photo of the IC, which is wrong. I have already been warned and hope the hotel management can try another method for customer check‑in.

“Comfortable stay in a well located area”

The location is good, staff are friendly and flexible. The double rooms are windowless and there is no gathering area for friends or groups to meet and chat.
