It was a clean place and perfect for a family stay. The only issue was that there was no washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very spacious and the two washbasins made it comfortable; two hair dryers were provided so there was no waiting, and the preparation went smoothly. The station is close and the access is good, yet it was quiet at night so I slept well. I stayed after an event at Anabuki Arena, and not having to take a train back to the hotel was very convenient. The only downside was that there was no elevator, which was indeed tight; the stair width was narrow and a bit steep, so I had to be careful. Also, the absence of a TV was a little disappointing.

The room was as stylish and roomy as the photos showed. I was surprised that there was no TV, and the narrow, steep stairs to the 4th floor with a carry were tougher than I imagined. Since I checked in at night, the dim stair lighting felt scary.
The location near the station was great and the space was large, which I liked. Having two sinks meant we could both get ready at the same time, which was nice. The only complaint was that on the 4th floor the stairs were a bit tough to climb with luggage.
