A good location. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Sousse. I have stayed in many hotels here before, and this one was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very dirty, and both swimming pools were visibly unclean. The food also made me seriously unwell, which completely ruined my stay. The staff were another major issue. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I have never experienced customer service like it. Even more concerning, some of the male staff were behaving inappropriately towards my 14-year-old sister, repeatedly trying to chat her up. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. There was also an issue with basic necessities. After midnight, the hotel refused to provide us with water, despite the fact that there was currently a shortage of bottled water in Tunisia and it was extremely difficult to purchase any elsewhere. Overall, the cleanliness, food, staff behaviour and general atmosphere were unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. I strongly advise people to consider other hotels in Sousse

Everything , staffs, rooms, breakfast, facilities, honesty of the staffs when my handbag was forgotten and they found it and brought it back to me, my gold bracelet left in the room. Reception staffs, the spa coordinator ladies, massages and treatments. One of Best hotel with well trained welcoming staffs. I will be back soon inshallah. Nothing
