The staff went above and beyond when we messed up our reservation, fixing it last minute and securing two rooms for our arrival day; the cleaning crew got the rooms ready quickly, and they were also helpful with bike storage and arranging secure space for our bikes. We appreciated being allowed to leave our car in the parking lot after checkout so we could spend the afternoon at the bike park and shop in the village. Some parts of the building and rooms could use a touch of freshening up—new curtains and shower curtains would help.

The staff were great, the room was great, and the kitchenette was great, but the hot tub was out of service. The extra parking fee was annoying and should have been included in the total price.
