The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city.
The bar upstairs is a great spot to grab a drink and take in the views.

“Somehow Rated as far 5 star, I have stayed in better 2 stars.”
The staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful throughout, but the rooms were dirty—someone’s earring was found in the bed, the bathroom was infested with cockroaches, the shower handle was wrong‑sized and sprayed everywhere, the towels felt like steel wool, and the drains didn’t work; if we hadn’t been traveling so long and already unpacked we would have left. The staff were lovely, which was a saving grace to some extent, and we received a gift of tea on departure. We paid $100 AUD for the night, but you can stay somewhere reputable for that amount.
The service was pathetic, nothing like the pictures, and the room we booked was not even available.
Location is good Restaurant- great staff . They are nice, pleasant and extremely helpful. Good food. Clean place with a nice view. Front desk lady at our arrival was not at all pleasant or helpful. We felt she or the hotel do not welcome local visitors. We , family of 4, requested 2 nearby rooms at least in one floor. She gave us rooms in two floor ( 2nd and 3rd)when we asked she said no more rooms going to fall vacant on that day. She didn't want to check it at least. But we heard that for the next visitor she prepared a room in the 2nd floor. If the hotel doesn't like to accept local guests, it should be published or indicated somewhere
The air‑conditioning was quiet, the staff were courteous, and the location was good.
The location was good, but the facilities were very old and poorly maintained, and the breakfast quality was very basic.
