“Grata surpresa, atendeu ao nosso propósito”
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location was exceptional, in a very pleasant part of Lisbon about 500 m from three different metro stations. The value for money was good compared to other hotels we saw. Daily housekeeping was thorough, with fresh linens and towels. I found the bathroom, especially the shower box, to be quite small; for a fairly large man like me, it was a challenge. Breakfast cost 6 € and seemed overpriced, especially with so many nearby options.

Overall, I liked everything, especially the attention to detail with bath towels, sheets, and the renovated bathroom. The double bed wasn’t king size, but that wasn’t an issue for us, given the hotel’s category, which was expected.
