They returned back my money when I cancelled the stay. I ordered a room with one bed and a bathroom included. They acommodated me in a 8-bed moist room full of bugs without an included bathroom, and then kept me waiting for 1 hour before telling me all other rooms are full and only thing they can do is returning my money back and give me a meal for free. They did not give me the option to choose a meal, they just brought a fat pork meat with a tasteless sauce, potatoes and a salad. They explained this error happened because they manage their own reservations and Booking reservations separately. In other words, this happened due to bad management, and it will happen again unless they change this
