“Engaño”

The bathroom is renovated. They claim it has heating and when I asked how it was turned on they said it had no heating and that there were blankets in the closet. I find it very bad that they say it has heating and then don't provide it, and we were cold with a small child! Check‑in is all online and very confusing to access the room with codes. There is no staff! The building is very old and is between two roads, so you hear everything, both neighbors and cars passing on the road.

“Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrecen”

I paid a lot for what I got, and the whole place is automated—no staff at all, so you have to navigate the apps yourself. They never actually set me up in a room. The facilities feel old; the bathroom is rusty and you have to waste a lot of water while waiting for hot water to come on. The TV is tiny and keeps losing signal every now and then. There’s no coffee machine or vending machine, and if anything goes wrong there’s nobody to help. It’s too expensive for what it is.

Nothing positive; the hostel was a mess—just us in a three‑storey hostel with all rooms empty, so the accommodations need serious review.

The room assigned to us was extremely old, whereas other rooms had been renovated; the photos in the app only showed the renovated ones, so when we arrived we felt cheated and disappointed.

If you’re exhausted and just want a good night's sleep, the mattresses are amazing; however, you can’t check in after 23:00, and the whole code and door system is a bit confusing, but eventually you figure it out.
