Check‑in was smooth, we were greeted warmly by very friendly staff, the room was clean, the spa area was well organized and peaceful – I loved the experience and plan to return. The rooms could use more water.

The pools, restaurant and staff service were great, but the room was too small for two adults and a child.

The aqualudic was amazing, the breakfast fantastic, the room had a big TV, comfortable beds, a towel drier, blackout curtains, a mini fridge, and a robe to wear from the room to the aqualudic; in the bar I recommend the presunto and cheese toast. The shampoo could be better quality, some people didn’t respect the no‑kids areas rule but the hotel can’t be blamed for that; I still give five 5 stars for the stay.
