The location is excellent. The bed was uncomfortable because there were little bumps between the mattress and the sheet that prevented a peaceful and serene rest.

I had no breakfast options, and the bed was extremely old with a mattress that matched its age.

I didn’t like anything at all.

Nothing at all! I was confronted by a grumpy man who demanded 20 EUR because he claimed to be the security guard and that he was the one who should let us in. I refused because I already had the door code and room number from the owner after paying the city tax of 54 EUR. He grabbed me and forced me to walk out onto the street. We were also told we had no business in Italy since we didn’t speak Italian. After about 1 ½ hours we gave up. He was so rude and verbally abusive that our 14‑year‑old son started crying. We couldn’t stay here. I have a video recording.
