Four cats and two dogs that are very tame. The staff were very friendly and always helped us. The Wi‑Fi was very good even though we were in the middle of the jungle. The location is a bit far; you have to hike up the mountain for about 20 minutes.

Carmen and her family were very kind, welcomed us, and were ready to find any solution to our needs! The structure is farther away than we imagined from the entrance of Tayrona Park: to reach it you have to take a stretch of dirt road mainly accessible with a cross‑bike (we recommend backpacks, not suitcases).

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, especially Carmen. The only drawback is that reaching the hotel requires a mototaxi or walking up a steep path with your luggage.

Carmen is a lovely, very pleasant person and the hotel itself is stunning. The downside is that you can't get there by car; you have to climb up by mototaxi, and there are many mosquitoes in the room.
