I couldn’t even enter the accommodation; I was only on the hallway because I didn’t receive any instructions on how to access the booked and paid room. I tried calling the phone numbers listed on two information sheets in the stairwell, but was unsuccessful.

Nothing! The whole place is a disgusting mess! It’s pathetic that they dare to let someone stay there! The entire pension is a revolting chaos! It’s miserable that they would risk having someone sleep there! The place is dirty, stinky! It’s not a pension, it’s a workers’ dormitory! You’re not supposed to rest there!

The room was in a very bad condition. The bed was full of hair and the sheets didn’t look fresh. There were also hairs in the bathroom, and overall everything was heavily dusty. It was also extremely cold in the room, and under those circumstances staying was not bearable – the mattress smelled like urine.

A comfortable bed and a nice bathroom were great, but the broken balcony door and the room layout were zero, forcing me to wait 30 minutes for my room and then check every door myself to see if it was open and freshly furnished; the heating was broken and wouldn’t turn on.

There was no hot water, the heating didn’t work, the bathroom was full of dead flies, and there was no reception.
