Returning guests ♥️ My family and I have stayed at the Norfolk Motel many times and it’s the only place we choose when visiting family up north in New Zealand; Kim is always so welcoming and goes above and beyond for her guests—she makes you feel at home. The rooms are exceptionally clean, smell great, and the motel grounds are spectacular. I highly recommend the Norfolk for families and/or couples.

I was thrilled with every aspect of the Norfolk motel: the rooms were spotless and roomy, stocked with everything I could need, almost like home but noticeably warmer and sunnier. Kim, the owner, was outstanding—always ready to help and genuinely kind. I’m already looking forward to coming back in the summer. No complaints at all.

“A reassured feeling of being well looked after”

As I arrived, I felt a sense of calm wash over me, partly due to the closed entry gates that seemed to shut out any stress or worry. The cleanliness standards were exceptionally high, and I was pleased to find that everything was in order. Overall, I was happy with my stay.
