The place was dirty, my daughter and I got stuck in the elevator, the room had mold, the pull‑out couch had bugs, the toilet was mounted crooked, and the shampoo and body soap bottles had mold in them; we didn’t receive enough washcloths, towels or toilet paper, people were smoking outside constantly, drug addicts were everywhere, and parking was insufficient.

The property is decent considering it’s an older building that’s been recently updated, but the breakfast area is tiny and could use improvement; the elevator feels a bit creepy.

The staff were very helpful, but the building feels old and dated even though it got new flooring, beds and decor; it’s right next to the highway, so it’s noisy until about 11 pm.
