The fan was in bad condition. The description was misleading.

The room was quite hot, so there was no air, and you couldn’t open the windows to let in fresh air. I had to keep the room door open while straightening my hair to avoid suffocating, which was uncomfortable.

The room turned out to be surprisingly spacious and spotless when we arrived, with all the usual amenities already included. The downside was that we never saw any staff around and had no way to reach a manager or even other guests. Being right next to the main entrance meant every door slam and the constant hum of motorcycles parked by the window were audible, and the thin white curtains did nothing to block the morning light.

“Buena ubicación, pesimo trato !!”

The location is convenient and Paola, the cleaning lady, was genuinely friendly and on top of things. Unfortunately, the front desk handling was chaotic – they charged us VAT even though we’re exempt, promised a refund at the airport and never provided the receipt despite multiple requests, and only gave us the entry code after we paid the full amount. That kind of sloppy treatment makes me hesitant to recommend this place to other foreign travelers.

“Excelente lugar, muy satisfecha”

The hotel sits in a handy spot and the rooms are in decent shape for the price, clean and functional. The only thing that could be improved is a few of the towels, which look pretty worn and could use a replacement.
