The staff were really friendly, especially Gustavo and Jônatas—they went out of their way to help. Service felt personal and attentive throughout my stay.

The team paid close attention to us and were genuinely helpful. The rooms are simple but clean, which matches the price I paid. Nothing fancy, but it works.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfy and the space was surprisingly generous. The real hassle came from the booking side: Shirlei never mentioned that breakfast had to be booked separately, so I ended up driving 15 km to the nearest town just for a simple morning meal. That extra trip cost me time, fuel and a lot of frustration, especially since the area has no bakery.

Staff were friendly and quick to respond, which was the highlight. Unfortunately the bathroom had a loose toilet, the minibar looked like it belonged in the 90s, the pool was dirty and there was no TV in the room.

I appreciated how attentive the employees were and liked the firm mattress—just how I like it. The place seems geared toward fishermen, which gave it a unique vibe. The pool was grimy, and I had to ask for proper sheets because the covers were being used instead; the shower was just okay.
