The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and comes with a decent coffee machine, a small oven, a kettle, and a fridge. Cleanings happen every other day. Mrs. Katia has always been helpful and quick to fix any issue. We’ll definitely come back and I recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Mrs. Katia, for your extreme kindness.

We spent two nights at this truly amazing B&B. Mr. Gianni was always available for any request and thorough with information. The room was very cozy, clean, and the jacuzzi was a real gem. I strongly recommend it as a romantic getaway or a relaxing weekend. We’ll definitely return.

Very friendly. It was very quiet despite being on the street. Ground floor on a quiet side lane, so quick check‑in and check‑out. Very nice breakfast café. The downtown location is a bit tricky by car. The guarded paid parking (€6) at New Flash Soc. Coop is about 900 m away. Packing in and out takes extra time. Parking in front of the house is only brief.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. I didn’t get to meet the owner, but she explained everything I needed through messages. Even for just one night, the stay was perfect – I strongly recommend it.
