The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant superb, the facilities were great and the rooms fantastic, there was a heated indoor pool and a terrace pool, overall top‑class.

The restaurant food was fantastic, the breakfast also really good, the staff always friendly and helpful, but the rooms were very dirty—cleaning only happened after repeated complaints, as an allergist it was not great, there was even leftover stuff from a previous guest in the bathroom, and the toilet had a clear glass door.

The spa and wellness area were usable, the reception and room service were friendly, but there was only one elevator for the whole hotel and a day pass was only available in the evening upon request.
