We stayed two nights and three days, yet they didn’t clean the room on the second day, and a hidden fee appeared after the receipt was emailed, a charge that wasn’t disclosed on the booking website.

The hotel is well situated, but when we arrived the room had no air conditioning, and the staff didn’t resolve it or offer a room change; we had a bad night until the next day at 3 pm when they gave us another room, yet the one next to it had loud dog noise and the air conditioner made a lot of noise when it started, which we really didn’t like.

I liked the space in the suite, but our room wasn’t ready for almost an hour, was not cleaned, and wasn’t fully restocked the next day; my husband loves to BBQ, yet the grill was very dirty and he had to clean it before and after use; the swimming pool was dirty with cigarette butts.

We had a wonderful stay; the staff were awesome and met our needs, the place was very clean, breakfast was great, and the pool was relaxing, everyone was super friendly. The only thing not specific to the property is that I’d advise not leaving anything in the back of the truck – we had fishing poles stolen overnight.

The breakfast was about average, the service was bad, we asked for more blankets and there were none, and I couldn't change rooms either.
