It's close enough to the city centre to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet
The room was perfectly fine, even if it was a bit on the small side

“Топ за свои деньги”
A cozy little house just off the center, with all the conveniences downstairs. The room has a large wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, and a kettle—something not all hotels can offer. The photos advertised are from many years ago, the exterior has aged a bit, but the place still feels snug.
“Merci”
Easy free access, but the bathroom is narrow yet comfortable.
The location is good, the room clean, the owner helpful, and the price reasonable, but staying on the fourth floor is a bit tiring without an elevator, finding parking late at night is a hassle, and the room is rather dark with only two yellow lights.
“Tạm ổn”
Close to the center, but the air‑conditioner leaked water.
“Agréable”
Great spot in Hanoi on a street lined with cafés; the room is pretty and the bed is comfy. The reception was rather cold, handled by a woman who seemed to be in charge of housekeeping, and we never met the owner. The kettle was in bad shape, with a badly damaged base, so it would be good to replace it.
