The place sits in a quiet neighborhood, rooms are very clean, and the breakfast service was highly responsive for an 8‑person group. I would have liked more details on the check‑in process and key retrieval for group bookings; it was a bit of a hassle.

Special thanks to the owner for excellent care; the room was very clean, which deserves mention; the location is a good midway point between Catania and Aci Castello, and you can reach it easily by public transport or a walk along the coast.

The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was nice; however, the attic felt stuffy, and the air‑conditioning only works with a key, so after returning you had to wait a long time for it to cool down.
