They gave me a free upgrade, the hotel is very quiet with good room insulation, the reception staff are very friendly especially Mr. Fares, breakfast is varied, there is a prayer mat for Muslims, but there is no separate toilet, only a combined toilet.

I was greeted by friendly, professional staff and the room service arrived on time. Ms Fidaw at reception was courteous, let me check in early, and upgraded my room, making the trip fabulous. The general cleanliness was fine, though the room carpet had stains at a few spots.
