The place was quiet and the staff were friendly, but the buffet was thin and didn't live up to the standards of a Moroccan buffet.

The pools, the hotel’s location, the size and view of the rooms were positives, but the presence of cockroaches, lack of cleanliness, and the breakfast were negatives.

It was noisy all night, people laughing by the pool, the staff said nothing, the bathroom was rushed and not clean. The noise made it impossible to sleep.

They overcharged us, and when we arrived the reception was infested with cockroaches. During breakfast, outside birds would fly in, perch on chairs and tables, and even eat the bread in the baskets; the staff merely chased them away and discarded the contaminated bread pieces. One bird even pooped on a chair, and the staff wiped it off with their bare hand. The cleanliness and food quality were very poor, and they charged us more because I had booked two rooms for four people, but their system displayed it as two people in two rooms.
