“Perfect for a short stay”
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and they had plenty of tea and coffee. The only downside was that the bathroom was shared.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Nothing else to add.

It was okay to have a place to sleep, but there was no free parking at the property. The car park was out of view from the room and cost £3.00 until midnight, then another £3.00. There was no on‑suite toilet, and the bathroom was downstairs, far from our room. The stairs to our room were very steep and hard to manage with a suitcase up and down.

Station House is very convenient for train or bus travel from Didcot Parkway Station, just a few minutes’ walk away. Several shops and supermarkets are within a 10‑minute walk. The interior décor is good, and the kitchen offers a great selection of food for breakfast. It’s recommended for singles or couples. The upstairs rooms are accessed by a fairly steep staircase, which could be an issue for some guests. The bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. The kitchen is a bit small, but that only becomes a problem if several people use it simultaneously, and there is a breakfast bar in an adjoining room.

The bed was very comfortable. On a personal note, I didn’t like being so far from the bathroom. I also felt uneasy going to the bathroom at night with only men in the other rooms.
