“Upmarket overnighter not far from ORT - deserves a longer stay (next time).”

What a delightful find, just close enough to ORT to fit between flights. Alfred was incredibly helpful. The room was roomy and luxurious, complete with a 4‑poster bed and all the comforts. It’s definitely on my shortlist for next time I need a night near the airport. I didn’t try the on‑site restaurant this time. Only a few minor issues: the wire basket by the toilet posed a slight head‑hazard, and there was no waste‑paper bin in the room.

“Une vraie pépite, un endroit fabuleux !”

A timeless, magical place, very quiet, especially just 10 minutes from the airport! The rooms are tastefully decorated, a real manor vibe. Alfred’s welcome was truly charming, doing everything to make the stay even sweeter. Breakfast was excellent and generous. Nothing to note.

Old‑world charm, comfortable with all the trimmings. The electric blanket was amazing, and the bed was fantastic. The space felt like a special treat 😋. The road isn’t marked on Google, and the area feels more industrial than residential.

“Very plush and comfortable”

The rooms were plush and cozy, with a unique vintage style. The heated bed was perfect for the cold high‑veld winter nights. Alfred, the manager, was very welcoming and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. The only downside was that the property locks up at 22:00 and guests need to arrange a return if they’re out later (e.g., after dinner); there’s no key for the house itself, so you have to coordinate with staff.

“A cosy home from home”

The rooms were beautiful, unique, and comfortable, and the staff offered personal service and a warm welcome, though the hotel is a 10‑minute taxi ride from the airport. The only downside was that it’s a bed‑and‑breakfast, so another taxi ride was needed to get dinner at the high‑end shopping centre with its many restaurants.
