The room was clean and comfortable. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to get to the 3rd floor; the stairs are steep and narrow and there was no porter to help with luggage. The shower was very small.

The location gave us easy access to shops and the underground. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Insonorisation: you hear other guests and people on the street. One cheap pillow, no paper tissue, no mini fridge, water noise in the bathroom, hot water for only one guest, risk of flooding because the drains do not work properly in the shower.

The shower was either too hot or too cold, and the water pressure was very weak.

They assigned us a room on the lower floor, the space was more than enough for 4, daily cleaning and reception always present. The room had windows with single panes, not double glazed, so the noises came through without a filter, it felt like being on the street, and the ventilation was handled by small fins that were hard to open.

The location is very good near the metro station. I asked for heating and they gave me a mobile because the central heating had not been turned on yet. I booked a room for 4 people. It’s the last one on the 4th floor without an elevator, fortunately we didn’t have much luggage, otherwise it would have been torture. The small windows show nothing; it’s like sleeping in a pigeon loft. The room is large but without a window to look out, it feels claustrophobic. I asked for an extra blanket and it took 2 days to get it.
