“Had a good time just small things that I was not happy with.”

The hotel overall was good. The pool was fun and there were plenty of entertainment options for children. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in. Service at the restaurant was terrible; our waitress sat us and forgot about us. We had to order from the bar, and when we went up she didn’t remember that we had already been seated. I got sick after eating there as well.

The property was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The king suite was spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen. I loved everything about it.

“Property was decent but non working elevators ruined our stay.”

The pools and activities were nice, and the shuttle was a bonus. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be close together, but they placed us in two different buildings. Building 7 had non‑working elevators, and they said they would fix them the day after check‑in, which didn’t happen. An 83‑year‑old had to climb three flights of stairs for three days, and lugging food and luggage up and down was a nightmare. No one cared; they just smiled and said they were working on it, but they didn’t move us or offer any discount.

“Former nice place, now run down with unfriendly and not helpful staff.”

I was disappointed by the rude staff who promised to come to my room but never did. The kitchenette felt like a low‑watt microwave, a small fridge, a tiny dishwasher, and a broken 2‑burner stove. The shade broke and the room stayed over 70 degrees. When I asked about air conditioning, I was told there was none, yet the hallway had air.

There was no breakfast at all. The parking attendants repeatedly harassed me by leaving notes on my window, even though I had a parking pass.
