We were first‑time guests, yet we felt welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were fantastic. Our apartment was perfect, the whole complex was clean and well kept with two great pools and a Jacuzzi, and the garden was beautiful. The location is right on the sea, with the beach, shops, restaurants and a taxi boat literally outside the door. It’s especially recommended for those traveling with a dog. Our dog enjoyed the holiday as much as we did, and we’ll definitely return.

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations, a real gem. It’s beautiful, impeccably designed, spotless, and set in a luxurious environment with multiple pools and a Jacuzzi – everything you need for perfect relaxation. Stepping out onto the garden leads to a stunning, crystal‑clear bay with tiny pebbles, ideal for swimming. The promenade along the shore is lined with cozy little cafés, restaurants, and bars. Just a two‑minute walk is a very upscale Konzum grocery store with a great selection and fair prices, and the old town is only five minutes by car. The host is extremely kind, direct, and friendly. We’ve never felt so at home anywhere else. This place is truly dreamy, and we’re sure it will become our home base.

“Perfect seaside getaway – highly recommended!”

We stayed in two apartments, and both outdid our expectations. The host was very accommodating during check‑in and welcomed us with thoughtful gifts. The beach is right in front of the apartments, and every room had air conditioning, which was a huge plus for us. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware and appliances. We had a perfect holiday on the Croatian coast. You definitely can’t go wrong with Villa Birk, and we hope to return again soon!
