“Realmente no habían habitaciones”
The app let us book a room, but when we arrived there were actually no rooms left, so we couldn’t stay at all. It was frustrating to be turned away after thinking everything was set.

The facilities are solid – everything from the gym to the pool works fine and looks well‑maintained. Nothing stood out as bad, so I was happy with what was offered.

The restaurant prices were way too high, and I ended up skipping breakfast altogether. Not worth the cost if you’re looking for a decent meal.

Nice that the hotel actually has a restaurant on site; it made grabbing a quick bite convenient without having to leave the property.

The place is right in the city center, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are spotless – everything felt well‑kept. The only let‑down was the breakfast: instead of a full buffet they only gave a 10,000 COP voucher for a limited menu, which felt pretty stingy.
