How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good breakfast with flexible hours. The staff were very helpful (bringing missing towels, fixing a broken bulb, arranging taxis…). We arrived with a broken light, a damaged outdoor shower, and hot water that burned my hand. It’s quite expensive but it was during the Nomad Games.

The staff were friendly. They forgot to mention that all showers in the main building were broken and that we had to walk to a nearby building for a shower, so we waited until the next morning for staff to be around to find this out. Also, there’s no signage outside the property, so I almost had to guess how to enter. Online, it seems the hostel is registered at a different (perhaps former) address, as a tour and a transfer company both went to an address 2 miles away when I gave them the property’s name.

A solid spot for the World Nomad Games; Avaz was very helpful and kept in touch. The beds were comfy and we slept well. Breakfast didn’t match the quality of other places in Kyrgyzstan, but it was acceptable.

Aval the manager is very professional and helpful. He helped me with the taxi rides in particular. They need to offer coffee at breakfast; at the moment they only provide tea.

Die Lage und das Personal sind überragend, wirklich sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Duschkabinentür war kaputt, die Klobürste, alles ist ziemlich alt
