The room was fairly new and spacious, but the toilet tank made a loud noise when shutting off after a flush, the TV worked only intermittently, the HDMI cable needs replacement, and the TV connector is bent and damaged.

I loved how close the hotel was to the town center and the shops, and the breakfast had a nice variety of fresh dishes. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too soft for my taste.

The room was clean and pretty nice, but the check‑in customer service left something to be desired.

The room was spotless, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and Shannon was absolutely terrific. Nothing else to add.
