The location was very good and they offered one bottle of wine. The entrance floor and the rear side were not ideal, the heating system wasn’t working, and there was no air conditioning.

The room was spotless and cozy, the host was friendly, and the spot was spot‑on.

Nice spot close to the center; even with the city’s bustle the sound‑proof windows kept the noise away. The breakfast was just a cup of coffee or tea and a croissant at a different location.

The little kitchenette lets you brew coffee or reheat a dish, and the fridge in the room is a real bonus; a bottle of wine and water were waiting for us when we arrived. The host was helpful and caring, and the location is great—near the train station and within walking distance of the sights, with a Korean grill and a ravioli place right next door. I’d suggest taking the Napoleone II route from the station instead of Giovanni Giolitti. The 4‑person room we got was a bit cramped for moving around.
