The location is good, but the lobby is too small, lacks coffee, and has restrictions. I went to the 7th floor to use it, and because it was too early, security told me I couldn’t use the restroom until the restaurant opens—really? I can’t believe that.

The location is excellent, with vendors and stores right outside the hotel and a great spot for taxis; they can arrange airport transportation. This will become our go‑to hotel in Guadalajara. The terrace didn’t offer a good view; it was basically a wall with no street view or anything, which I don’t know if it applies to all terrace suites, but this one was not worth it. I would still stay here but wouldn’t pay extra for a terrace unless it actually leads to the street.

The young man at the front desk—his name was Mishael—was very helpful, kind, and friendly, giving us many recommendations, directions, and tour info, always with a smile when we entered. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the location ideal for tourists like us, the room was very clean, maid service was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant was delightful with a lovely view. We thought the hotel was perfect.
