“It was ok but I would look for something else next time”

The cabin itself is beautiful and the area is great, but a dead dog was just under our window and wasn’t removed during our stay. One of the double beds was an airbed, which was horrible and made the stay uncomfortable. We only had two rolls of toilet paper left for a family of five over three nights. There is no transport to town or the ski slope, even though we were promised help with transport before booking and were told it wasn’t available when we arrived, so I was a bit disappointed.

The log cabin and its surroundings were gorgeous, and overall we felt good, aside from a few inconveniences. The biggest problem was that there was no hot water for the shower, so we could only bathe in cold water. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work. There were also several stray dogs and cats around, so we didn’t feel safe leaving our child alone. Payment administration was another hassle: I had prepaid the stay, yet the owner sent me two messages saying they hadn’t received the money and asking me to pay again. Multiple emails and investigations were needed to prove the payment had been made. Eventually the issue was resolved, but it took a lot of time and effort. Thankfully, I didn’t end up paying twice because I checked the transaction. The fireplace was especially cozy and created a pleasant atmosphere. We asked for matches and wood to use, and they were provided.

“O experiența negativă de când am ajuns! Cabana nu era pregătită pt clienți!”

Locația este foarte frumoasă! Patronii însă sunt oameni care lasă de dorit! Aș fi trecut peste faptul ca nu erau pregătiți pt oaspeți când am ajuns … peste faptul ca nici la telefon nu au răspuns decat dupa 20 minute…peste faptul ca am stat 2,5 ore ca să facă curat și să tundă iarba din curte dar…. Am plătit 1919 lei din care 1000 lei erau depozit garanție pt eventuale daune, pe care nici acum nu i-am primit, după 3 săptămâni de la consumarea sejurului! Am contactat-o pe d-na Daniela Zimmerman, proprietara, dar nu și- a asumat nici o responsabilitate ( cu toate ca ei sunt ,, gazdă’’ care au solicitat depozit de garanție) spunându-mi ca e sarcina Booking să returneze banii și a MEA sa rezolv situația în care suntem ! 1000 de lei de recuperat= sarcina mea , a clientului care i-am ales ! Cântăriți voi plusurile și minusurile pt această locație! Pt mine, atitudinea proprietarei și banii și timpul meu pierdut, contează! Nu aș mai alege vreodată această proprietate și nici nu aș mai recomanda-o!! Chiar îmi pare rău!. Atitudinea lipsită de responsabilitate a patroanei! Faptul ca nici după 3 săptămâni nu am primit garanția înapoi , deși e menționat ca termen 7 zile!

Perfect for quiet. Relaxing, no one bothers you. There’s a place for a barbecue. Secluded and with a river nearby… What else could you want? I stayed too short.
